How to make an outfit yet more shocking than we see everyday on the streets of UK cities...I certainly haven't seen many women who go this far on a night out - 'add imagined horrors to existing ones' the skirt is in order to represent the fact that women have dressed to look beautiful for decades - this is nothing new.
Roxanne is a genius, she has drawn exactly what I saw in my mind and added more class!
